Project Engineer Intern

The Project Engineer Intern is responsible for supporting the project management and project engineering teams while collaborating with colleagues to complete a project throughout the internship. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Completing jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)

* Managing jobsite logistics, including office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork

* Coordinating deliveries of equipment and materials

* Assisting with assembling estimates and budgets

* Supporting subcontractor and vendor management

* Attending project meetings and preparing meeting notes as needed

* Writing and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts

* Assisting with craft productivity tracking

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to collaborate professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project)

Education and Experience

* Pursuing a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
