Role Overview

This role supports pharmaceutical manufacturing by calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical instrumentation and electrical systems to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations that deliver life‑changing therapies.

It is a fully site‑based position that requires close collaboration and technical precision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform calibration and troubleshooting of facility and process instrumentation.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and support investigations.
  • Use CMMS systems to schedule work and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and update calibration procedures, templates, and work instructions.
  • Coordinate off‑site calibration activities and support vendor interactions.
  • Review instrument performance, calibration intervals, and tolerances.
  • Support audits and maintain compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in instrumentation, electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with instrumentation calibration and maintenance in a technical environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance and documentation.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to support on‑call rotations and work flexible hours as needed.
