As an Experienced MSAT Engineer, you will be at the forefront of technical operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and solve complex scientific and engineering challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact while advancing your career within a global leader in life sciences. This is a fully site-based role. - Serve as the primary process owner for commercial products, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable manufacturing operations.
- Lead technology transfer activities and support commercial manufacturing campaigns for pharmaceutical products.
- Partner with customers, project teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to solve technical challenges and improve process performance.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing improvements that enhance yield, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Lead investigations, root cause analyses, risk assessments, and corrective action activities using data-driven methodologies.
- Support regulatory inspections, process validation, commissioning, qualification, and ongoing process verification activities.
- Mentor colleagues, support operator training, and contribute to technical expertise development across the site.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience with in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements and manufacturing processes.
- Experience using scientific and engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Commitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and consistent on-site attendance.
