Compensation Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year base pay, dependent on experience; comprehensive benefits package and relocation support provided

The selected individual will be engaged in activities at a medium-sized facility devoted to the manufacture of high-purity batch chemicals in Central Oregon. Responsibilities will encompass process enhancement, troubleshooting, quality control, new product introductions, and collaboration on capital projects in a team environment. There are ample avenues for career progression as the company expands.

• Chemical Engineering degree required
• 3-5 years of industry experience post-graduation in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or a similar sector
• Previous roles focused on manufacturing support, process enhancement, product development, or large-scale chemical operations
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management or relevant standards
• Proficiency in process optimization, troubleshooting, and quality control
• Experience with product launches, trials, and testing
• Ability to collaborate with various teams
• Knowledge of tools like Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments preferred
• Capable of defining process needs, aiding in equipment enhancements, and contributing to capital projects
• Experience with manufacturing documentation or control systems advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Proven teamwork ability
