This role is based in Bend, Oregon and may require occasional domestic or international travel. The position reports to the Vice President, Global Finance.

Job Description
** What You’ll Do
*** Build and maintain financial and operational models to analyze demand, production, inventory, capacity, and cost drivers
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, with a focus on manufacturing cost, inventory, and working capital
* Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
* Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support sourcing strategies, production planning, and capital investment analysis
* Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis by linking operational inputs to financial outcomes
* Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
* Improve data quality, transparency, and adoption of analytical tools
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations

** What You Bring
*** 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, operations finance, or a related analytical role
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
* Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
* Experience working with financial systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
