OCCU is hiring a Personal Banker (Enrichment Advisor) for our Bend team, offering a starting wage of $23.50–$26.00 per hour plus incentives. Spanish‑speaking candidates who pass a proficiency test earn an extra $2 per hour.

• Provide professional, trustworthy service to OCCU members, consistently demonstrating empathy and authenticity.
• Build membership, assess needs, and match OCCU offerings to support financial wellbeing.
• Offer guidance, open accounts, process loans, and recommend products.

• At least three years’ experience in a comparable banking position.
• Experience providing guidance, opening accounts, processing loans, and recommending appropriate products.
