* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. This role involves providing clients with personalized skincare solutions, performing advanced aesthetic procedures, and contributing to a loyal and growing practice.
* Responsibilities
* * Perform a wide range of aesthetic services including Cosmetic Consultation, Skin Pen Microneedling, Dermaplane, TCA Chemical Peels, VI Peel, PRP, Ulthera, Ultra Pulse, and VBeam.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in accordance with industry standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
* Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and products available for retail sale.
* Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
* Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best care possible.
* Requirements
* * Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.
* Experience in Dermatology, med spa settings or relevant aesthetic services is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
* Management experience or familiarity with retail sales is a plus; ability to upsell products and services is highly valued.
