Nurse Practitioner (Occupational Health - NPFM)

Bend, OR

ASAP - 09/08/25 (Possible extension)

$95 - 100/hr

• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (typically Tuesday?
  
  Friday, with flexibility to adjust for PTO coverage)
• Daily lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM
• Alternating 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 7 AM to 12 PM

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team, floating between two nearby sites in Bend, OR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family practice, chronic disease management, and occupational health, including worker?s compensation.

• Provide primary care services to patients ages 2 and older in a primary care setting
• Manage a variety of chronic diseases and acute conditions
• Deliver occupational health services, including worker?s comp care, physicals, and return-to-work evaluations
• Provide basic medical care to detained juveniles at the JDC, including physical exams and treatment of simple complaints
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
• Document patient encounters in EMR accurately and timely
• Perform (or be willing to learn) venipuncture and CLIA-waived lab testing procedures

• Licensed NP or PA in the state of Oregon
• DOT Certification required
• Minimum 1-year of recent experience in Primary care, or family practice, and chronic disease management
• Experience in occupational health and worker?s compensation cases is a plus
• Previous experience using EPIC EMR is a plus
• Must have an active BLS
• Must have a clean background
