Position: Medical Assistant - NW Portland, OR

Position Overview

2,500 Hire Bonus Available Vancouver Clinic is searching for a Medical Assistant to join the Internal Medicine team at our NW Portland, Oregon location.

Responsibilities
  • Room patients, gather patient information, and prepare patients for examination.
  • Assist with procedures and the overall delivery of patient care.
  • Support assessments and care for a diverse population of patients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • Proof of successful completion of national certification examination (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, AMT) preferred.
  • Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
  • Patient care experience preferred.
  • Experience with an electronic health record;
    Epic experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent attendance; consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance required.
  • Ability to work with or without reasonable accommodation for a diverse population.
Compensation

Pay starts at $22.25 per hour and increases based on evaluation of experience. Pay range: $21.81 – $30.53 per hour.

2,500 Hire Bonus available; bonus awarded is prorated by FTE and subject to repayment terms and applicable tax withholding. Eligible new hires only.
