We have an immediate opportunity to join our growing company. We are currently seeking an entry-level, full-time Patient Care Coordinator in the Bend, OR office. This individual will manage and coordinate all aspects of patient care, ensuring seamless communication, effective treatment delivery, and high quality patient experiences. This position provides an opportunity to enrich the lives of patients, provide service and cost savings to the medical community, and gain experience within the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phones.
  • Ordering patient items.
  • Communication with outside vendors.
  • Data entry.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Shipping and receiving.
  • Providing other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Shipping and Receiving experience.
Hourly Range

$18 - $22

  • Vacation accrual: upon completion of 3-month introductory period, accrual up to an annual max of 40 hours in the first 23 months, at 24 months, accrual up to an annual max of 80 hours with a rollover balance.
  • Sick accrual: begins upon date of hire up to a max annual accrual of 80 hours with a max usage of 48 hours annually with a rollover balance.

Candidates must be action oriented, decision quality, ethics and values, integrity and trust, self‑motivated, willing to learn, and work well in a team environment. The final candidate will submit to a background check.
