LMSW Social Worker
Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.
MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Oregon LMSW
- Master's degree
- BLS
- 2 years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting
- Crisis intervention experience
Length of assignment: 13 weeks
Shift / hours per week: 8a-4:30p with every other weekend and daily call requirements
