Medlivo Therapy in Bend, Oregon is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week temporary contract. You will work in an outpatient setting, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience and an active Physical Therapist license. Weekly gross pay is $2,220 based on 40 hours, with a tax-free stipend to be determined. This assignment includes medical, dental, vision benefits, and a 401(k).
