** High Lakes Gynecology, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established gynecology practice in Bend, Oregon. This role is 100% gynecology, with no obstetrics, providing office-based evaluation and procedural care alongside our surgical gynecologists.
** What We're Looking For
** We're looking for an APP with solid gynecology experience — a Women's Health NP certification is a plus, but not required if you have equivalent hands-on gyn experience as an NP or PA.Day-to-day, you'll be seeing patients independently and managing:
* Well woman exams
* Evaluation and treatment of abnormal/irregular uterine bleeding
* Management of PCOS and other menstrual disorders
* Colposcopy and biopsy, including endometrial and vulvar biopsy
* Hormone replacement therapy and menopausal symptom management
* Contraceptive counseling and management, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal
* Evaluation and treatment of STIs
* Pessary fitting, removal, and cleaning
* Urinary incontinence evaluation
* Infertility counseling
* Minor in-office procedures (e.g., polypectomy, skin tag excision, treatment of condyloma)
Prior experience with colposcopy and office-based procedures is important.

Comfort with IUD/Nexplanon placement and biopsy procedures is expected from day one.

** Qualifications
* ** Active NP or PA license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
* Certification as a Women's Health NP, FNP, or PA with demonstrated gynecology experience
* Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
* Current CPR/AED certification
* Colposcopy training/certification preferred
