- Is on-call REQ? Call is 2 week nights every 6 weeks, one weekend Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shift days or nights every month and a half

- Floating Req to Sister Facilities:
- Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD
- Locals Accepted: No- 75 mile radius rule. please provide proof of address
