Central Oregon Collective in Bend, OR is seeking a Direct Support Professional for day shifts. The DSP will assist residents with daily living, provide support for personal care, transportation, and documentation, and help create a safe, home-like environment.
Paid training and opportunities for advancement accompany a team-focused setting. Starting pay for Day shift is $20.00 per hour with an additional $1.50 per hour for NOC shifts, plus benefits after 60 days and a generous PTO program.
