Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• 5x8 day shift schedule

• On-call required; standby may require staying longer at end of shift

• Position is primarily based in Redmond with potential float to sister location in Bend

• Minimum 1 year of experience required

• Epic experience preferred

• No weekend requirement

• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per 13-week assignment

• First-time travelers accepted

• Local candidates not accepted; 75-mile radius rule applies and proof of address must be submitted

• Pending state license accepted

• Required certifications: ARRT-T, BLS

• Experience required with Varian True Beam and Halcyon with Aria EMR

• Required skills include: ARIA, External Beam Therapy, IMRT, Respiratory Gating, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Radiation Safety, HexaPOD, Brain Lab, True Beam, Halcyon, and Elekta Versa HD

• Additional procedural experience preferred: benign brain tumors, prostate cancer with seeds/fiducials, Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, pancreatic cancer, kidney cancer, testicular cancer, leukemia, and superior vena cava treatments

• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics

• Isolation precautions/PPE experience required

• Patient and family teaching skills expected

• Two professional references from positions held within the past year required; at least one must be from a manager
