8/31/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2400.00

Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.

• Oregon LMSW
• Master’s degree
• BLS
• 2 years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Crisis intervention experience

13 weeks

Days with every other weekend and daily call requirements
