American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification and 1+ years of experience for a Level II Trauma Center.

• CT Tech unit within a hospital setting
• Adult and pediatric acute care, outpatient, ED, and ICU patient populations
• Level I and Level II Trauma Center experience
• Uses GE scanners and PACS system
• Epic charting system experience required
• Night shift, 4x10 hours, Wednesday-Tuesday
• Weekday hours 19:45-06:15 and weekend hours 18:45-06:15
• Works alongside other night shift technologists

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Tech experience required
• ARRT (CT) and BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Epic charting experience required
• Level II Trauma Center experience required
• Level I Trauma Center and teaching/community hospital experience preferred
• Proficiency in image display and post-processing including 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction
• Experience with abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies
• Experience with contrast media preparation and administration
• Skilled in peripheral IV starts and venipuncture
• Knowledge of radiation safety and isolation precautions/PPE

• Perform a range of CT imaging studies including abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and chest studies
• May perform special procedures such as aspirations, biopsies, drainage, coronary CTA, and vascular CTA
• Complete required orientation modules, which are renewed annually
• Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• First-time travelers may be considered
