Deschutes County is hiring a Public Health Educator I – Community Health Worker for the Perinatal Care Coordination program within the Family Support Services team. The role focuses on increasing access to perinatal resources, offering health promotion, and coordinating care for pregnant individuals and their families.
The position is a limited-duration, full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, based onsite at the Bend Health Services building, with some community work across the county.
