Waterfall Community Health Center in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide strategic, operational, and clinical oversight ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. The CMO will be responsible for advancing clinical excellence across service lines, supervising providers, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates should have an MD or DO license in Oregon and a minimum of 3–5 years of clinical leadership experience in a community health or Federally Qualified Health Center environment.
