Coos Health & Wellness has two openings for a Mental Health Associate II. Both positions will providecommunity-based services at the North Bend Housing partnership with the North Bend Housing Project (PHS), provides onsite services to Coos Health & Wellness (CHW) clients, and non-CHW clients. Services include case management, housing stabilization, skills training, community integration, and other individualized supports that promote housing stability and recovery goals.
Must be a qualified Mental Health Associate or eligible, BA in health/behavioral health or a combo of at least 3 years work experience, training or education in mental health. Position requires a valid driver’s license. Must be able to meet productivity standards, work effectively within a team, and coordinate with family, caregivers, medical, psychiatric and other providers.
Working conditions of position.
This position is primarily based onsite at the North Bend Housing Project, with dedicated office space. Work hours may vary based on program and client needs and may include:
- Four 10-hour days:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.
-6:00 p.m. - Four 10-hour days:
Wednesday-Saturday, 7:30 a.m.
-6:00 p.m.
Frequent travel required within the county and infrequent travel within the State.
