Overview

Our hotel is thriving, and we are looking for a customer service specialist who is both passionate and detail-oriented to be our next guest services supervisor. You will be in charge of overseeing all front office staff and operations to ensure that our guests have a wonderful experience. Hiring and training staff, managing guest issues or complaints, and increasing the hotel's profitability with improved occupancy rates will be part of your daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent standards of guest satisfaction by managing the whole front office operations of the hotel
  • Evaluate front-office team members' performance while also hiring, training, encouraging teamwork, and setting a high level of customer service standards
  • Resolve any visitor concerns, issues, or accidents in a courteous, timely, and attentive manner
  • Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service that aligns with our brand standards
  • Collaborate with team members to implement strategies that boost occupancy rates and enhance profitability
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Monitor and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest-facing areas
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery across the hotel
Qualifications
  • 3 years of previous experience working in the hospitality industry
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role in hospitality or customer service capacity
  • Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
Compensation

$22 - $23 hourly
