Position:
Guest Experience Attendant – part‑time or full‑time. Trailhead Lodge offers a year‑round basecamp for adventure enthusiasts with comfortable lodging, communal spaces, and easy access to Bend’s attractions.
Mission:
Deliver warm, memorable, and effortless experiences for guests, sharing local favorites and creating moments that feel personal and authentic.
- Greet guests with warmth, manage check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and front desk communications.
- Process payments and follow cash‑handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate guest records, room assignments, and notes in the Property Management System.
- Assist guests with directions, transportation queries, amenity requests, and general lodge information.
- Share local knowledge and personalized recommendations, and anticipate guest needs.
- Support limited food and beverage services, including lobby offerings and grab‑and‑go items.
- Process POS transactions accurately and communicate restocking needs.
- Collaborate with Guest Experience Supervisor, Night Audit, Housekeeping, Facilities, and Events teams.
- Handle service recovery, support guest concerns, and act as an escalation point when supervisors are unavailable.
- Assist with events and activities during high‑volume periods or staffing gaps.
- Support guest service training and standards across the lodge.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of guest‑service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help people.
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests.
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and solution‑oriented in fast‑paced environments.
- Comfortable working in a multi‑system environment, quick to learn and navigate technology platforms such as reservation systems, POS, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Stay N Touch, Cloudbeds, Roommaster, Maestro, Mews, or similar).
- Working knowledge of OTA and channel management platforms (e.g., Site Minder).
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
- Physical ability to perform tasks required for the role, including shoveling snow and walking on uneven surfaces.

CompensationCurrent hiring range: $19–21.50 per hour. Minimum age requirement: 21+.
