We are looking for a part‑time weekend Manager On Duty. The Manager On Duty will be the point of contact for employee needs, daily club operations, and more.
The ideal candidate will be a great team‑player, self‑sufficient, proactive, and have great leadership skills. A customer oriented approach to work is essential. This position is for a minimum of 2 shifts per week, 5‑6 hours each, with opportunities for more hours when subs are needed for other managers.
Responsibilities- Overseeing club operations during assigned shift
- Being available to employees at all times via phone and email
- Consistently checking on each department
- Assisting other departments in their duties when needed
- Occasional club tours for prospective members
- Opening of club (if on opening shift)
- Closing of club (if on closing shift)
- Weekend, morning, and evening availability
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service oriented
- Strong leadership skills
