Salary Range: $21.00 To $23.00 Hourly
Job Summary:As a Front Desk Agent you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. Your goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality and service for each and every guest.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Performallcheckinandcheckouttasks
- Operatethefrontdeskaccordingtostandardoperatingproceduresand with exceptional guest service
- Knowemergencyproceduresandowtorespond
- Completedailyreports,auditcorrespondence,asrequiredbyshift
- Receiveandconfirmcreditcardsforvalidityandacceptability
- Welcomeguestupontheirarrivalandassignrooms
- Takeincomingcalls,onlineandin-personroombookingrequests,and answer questions about guests needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, and special requests
- Communicatewithhousekeepingtomakesureguestroomsareready
- Manageonlineandphonereservations
- Respondtoclientscomplaintsinatimelyandprofessionalmanner
- Createincidentreportsforguestinjuries/issueswhenrequired
- Maintainsahighstandardofpersonalappearanceandgrooming,which includes compliance with the dress code policy
- Performsotherrelateddutiesasrequired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suiteorsimilarsoftware
- Workexperienceasa Front Deskagentpreferred
- Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalskills
- Flexibilitywithshiftsandscheduling
- Must be available weekends and/or holidays
- Must have transportation to and from work
- Must have stellar attendance and punctuality
- Mustbeabletoremaininastationarypositionduringshift.
- Mustbeabletoaccessandnavigatethefacility.
- Employeesarerequiredtoadheretosafetyrequirementsbywearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
