About the Role:

Looking for a great first job, a flexible part-time gig, or the perfect summer job during high school break? Peppertree Hospitality Group is hiring Seasonal Summer Help to join our team as a Hotel Housekeeper at the Best Western Plus Peppertree Inn at Omak!

Absolutely no experience is needed. If you are dependable and ready to work, this is an amazing entry-level opportunity. We provide all the on-the-job training you need to succeed.

Our Housekeeping Team Members are a huge part of the guest experience. Clean rooms, fresh linens, and attention to detail are what turn a hotel stay into a great one. This position is a perfect fit for someone who likes active work, takes pride in their results, and wants to make steady money in a supportive team environment this summer.

Core Responsibilities (Room Turnover & Cleaning):

Room Reset:
Strip used linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock room supplies to prepare the space for the next guest.

Detailed Cleaning:
Polish fixtures, clean windows, detail bathrooms, and support public area cleaning when needed.

Quality & Safety Checks:
Inspect rooms for functioning locks, lights, and remotes, and report any issues.

Organization:
Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas clean, stocked, and organized.

Team Communication:
Communicate with the front desk and the rest of the housekeeping team to keep rooms ready for guests.

What We Are Looking For :

Experience:

NONE! This is a great high school or part-time job. Previous cleaning experience is a bonus, but we are completely willing to train the right person.

Work Ethic:
Dependable, hardworking team members who are comfortable being active and on their feet throughout the shift.

Availability:
Flexible availability (we can work around your schedule!), though being open to some weekends and holidays is a big plus.
