Touchmark helor Village, located on Bend's west side at 19800 SW Touchmark Way, is looking for a talented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team.

Starting salary of $18.78 per hour (minimum, or more depending on experience)

NO LATE NIGHTS! You’re home before 9:00 pm on a closing shift!

We have 1 x full‑time (Friday through Wednesday 2:00 pm–9:00 pm) and 1 x part‑time (Saturday 3:00 pm–8:00 pm and Sunday/Monday 11:00 am–7:30 pm) available.

Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village has an opening for a Dishwasher with strong skills and abilities within our Dining Services department. Various schedules are available, no late nights. You will focus primarily on dishwashing duties at our resort‑style restaurants, but may be asked to participate in other back‑of‑house duties to help our kitchen run smoothly.

In this position, you have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team both within the department and within Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village in general, to make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors.

Position Responsibilities
  • Operate all necessary equipment to perform essential functions of the position.
  • Be on your feet for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ensure dishwasher duties are performed in accordance with the established Touchmark Gold Standards.
  • Work within a team environment to achieve daily goals.
  • Maintain a clean environment and a healthy atmosphere for residents, guests, and team members.
Key Requirements
  • Patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, physicians, staff members and the general public.
  • Willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Adherence to the Touchmark Gold Standards of behavior and performance, including Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion.
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.

  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Must pass a drug and background test.
