We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a hotel shuttle driver. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive and throughout their stay.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and showing sincere interest.
• Greet all guests in the shuttle, opening doors as needed and assisting with any bags.
• Be knowledgeable of the local area, traffic patterns, and directions to commonly visited attractions and restaurants.
• Offer recommendations of additional areas of interest.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operation of the shuttle and report any problems that require attention to the manager.
• Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation as needed.
• Work cooperatively with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and consistently open the door for everyone.
• Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
• Strive to exceed guest and employee expectations by doing more than the norm.

• At least one year in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with no infractions.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Ability to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars.
• Strong desire to make a positive impact on others.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
