Juniper Preserve, located in Bend, OR, is seeking a Banquet Captain to supervise banquet service for all special functions and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
As part of Troon, you will lead banquet staff, coordinate with the Event Manager and culinary team, ensure proper setup and equipment, and balance banquet orders at the end of each shift. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a professional demeanor at all times.
