As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, quality standards, and operational efficiency. From managing day-to-day operations to driving profitability and leading a high-performing team, this role blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with brand and company standards. • Lead and inspire restaurant and banquet staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure operational excellence and career growth
• Oversee daily operations including food preparation, service, and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, health codes, and brand guidelines
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dining spaces
• Support banquet and event setup, service, and breakdown
• Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally
• Foster a welcoming environment that reflects Resolute Road Hospitality’s service standards and values
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor, and inventory to drive profitability
• Forecast business needs and manage supply requisitions to maintain operational readiness
• Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Ensure safe use and maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Serve as a visible leader and role model across all areas of the property
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

• Strong leadership with a hands on, guest focused approach
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to training and developing team members

• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage leadership experience

• Serv Safe Certification
• TIPS or equivalent
• Any requirements unique to local and state regulations required
• Brand standards and/or additional training required.
