Touchmark helor Village, located at 19800 SW Touchmark Way, along the Deschutes River, is currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, results-driven, and hospitality-oriented part-time Human Resources Administrative Coordinator at our award-winning senior living resort community.

Starting wage, depending on experience: $23.00/hr
Part-time, approximately 24 hours/3 days per week
Regular workday schedule of 8:00am-4:30pm
Accrued PTO, holiday pay, 401k with company match
As the HR Administrative Coordinator
, you will bring your skills and a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, fast-paced administrative experience, ideally within a hospitality company, healthcare or senior living setting. Proficiency in computers and navigating complex software programs, great communication, and quality writing and documentation skills are necessary to be successful in this role. You will report to and work closely with the Human Resources Manager to ensure employee matters are being addressed with friendly, trustworthy professionalism daily.

- Possess the knowledge and/or ability to follow State and Federal regulations to meet all requirements and residents' rights
- Assist with new hire recruiting, onboarding, compliance and training
- Manage employee files and appropriate record keeping
- Be the welcoming face of Touchmark with new hires
- Assist with background checks, drug tests, I-9 compliance, licensing and other required permits and certifications
- Request, gather, scan, upload and file appropriate documents to support compliance
- Assist with planning and hosting our New Hire Orientation
- Point of contact for general questions and issues with HRIS
- Assist with OSHA record keeping
- Maintain employee breakrooms, bulletin boards and other required employment postings
- Help plan and execute onsite employee relations events
- Promote employee engagement, build culture
- Other HR duties as assigned
