Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Bend, OR. The Employee Experience Specialist (HR Specialist) will oversee initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Responsibilities include fostering strong employee relations, facilitating training programs, supporting employer branding efforts, and driving initiatives to improve the overall employee experience. Collaboration with teams and addressing employee inquiries are key components of this dynamic role.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in Communication, Employee Relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Experience in Employee Engagement and driving initiatives to enhance organizational culture.
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Hands-on experience in Training & Development to support growth and professional development.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a people-first approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in human resource functions or employee engagement is advantageous.
