Your day is built around owning the full recruitment process—from intake through offer—while keeping Hiring Managers informed, candidates engaged, and data clean.
Full-Cycle Recruitment- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client’s business
- Meet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage
- Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance within the ATS
- Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers—providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations
- Partner with Sourcers and Coordinators to ensure they have the right information to support each stage of the process effectively
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks early
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in‑house, or agency setting
- Bilingual in English and French languages
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms—Success Factors preferred—and sourcing tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build credibility quickly with Hiring Managers
- Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize across a full requisition load
- Team‑first mindset with a genuine drive to be part of a high‑performing delivery team
- Base Salary: $60,000–$85,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid schedule—location and cadence details as required
- PTO starting at 22 days, plus 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days—top performers earn unlimited PTO
