What You'll Actually Do

Your day is built around owning the full recruitment process—from intake through offer—while keeping Hiring Managers informed, candidates engaged, and data clean.

Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client’s business
  • Meet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage
  • Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance within the ATS
Hiring Manager Partnership & Team Collaboration
  • Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers—providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations
  • Partner with Sourcers and Coordinators to ensure they have the right information to support each stage of the process effectively
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks early
What You'll Need to Succeed Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in‑house, or agency setting
  • Bilingual in English and French languages
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms—Success Factors preferred—and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build credibility quickly with Hiring Managers
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize across a full requisition load
  • Team‑first mindset with a genuine drive to be part of a high‑performing delivery team
