Our Outsource Services portfolio spans Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering everything from product development and sales through delivery, supplier management, governance, compliance, and technology.
We are seeking a Recruiter to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company. In this role, you will manage full-cycle hiring across technical, corporate, and operations roles - ensuring a smooth, efficient process for both candidates and Hiring Managers.
You'llbe a trusted partner to the business, a collaborative teammate to Sourcersand Coordinators, and a consistent driver of quality delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Your day is built around owning the full recruitment process - from intake through offer - while keeping Hiring Managers informed, candidates engaged, and data clean.
You'llwork closely with Sourcersand Coordinators to keep the process moving and the experience high.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
- Build andmaintaincandidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client's business
- Meet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage
- Maintainaccuratedata and workflow compliance within the ATS
- Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers - providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations
- Partner with Sourcersand Coordinators, ensuring they have the right info to support each stage of the process effectively
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks early
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in-house, or agency setting
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms - Success Factors preferred - and sourcing tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build credibility quickly with Hiring Managers
- Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize across a full requisition load
- Team-first mindset with a genuine drive to be part of a high-performing delivery team
- Base Salary: $60, depending on experience
