Helpdesk Analyst - Hybrid

About the Role

TEKsystems in Bend, OR is hiring Help Desk Analysts for a minimum 6‑month project, working Monday–Saturday with varied hours from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in an enterprise‑level environment. The role involves working closely with existing staff, learning new technologies, and supporting a world‑class leader.

• Assist with calls to troubleshoot password resets and login issues.
• Assist with calls to troubleshoot hardware issues such as keyboards, mice, and screens.

• At least 1 year of customer service or help desk experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a servant mentality.
• Experience supporting PC peripherals (keyboards, printers, mice, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2007 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), XP, and Windows 7.
