10+ years of SAP implementation experience
Hands-on delivery of SAP S/4
HANA Private Cloud Greenfield implementations leveraging SAP best practices is required
Minimum of 2 end to end S/4
HANA Greenfield implementation experience as PP Lead
Life science project experience is required
Ability to lead Fit-to-Standard/design workshops, gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend standard S/4
HANA solutions
Experience with project-driven manufacturing and production cost settlement to Projects/WBS Elements
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost flows, including material, labor, machine, overhead, WIP, and production variances
Candidates should be able to demonstrate prior implementations involving MRP/Reorder Point Planning, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, Shop Floor Execution, Product Costing, and Production Settlement, with particular emphasis on integration with SAP Project Systems and settlement of manufacturing costs to Projects/WBS Elements
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
