High School - Learning

Position: HIGH SCHOOL WORK-BASED LEARNING EXPERIENCE 2026
Students will be given the opportunity to work as a field crew team member assisting our construction team. Job duties will be based on available projects, learner's preference and demonstrated ability.

High school students in the Bend area are encouraged to apply for this summer program.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in high school

* Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Interest in serving the materials/construction industry

* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

* Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members
