The Maintenance Tech Assistant supports the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the property is clean, safe, and fully prepared for residents. This role plays a key part in keeping the community well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and welcoming for new move-ins.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrash pickup throughout the property
Changing and restocking dog waste stations
Assisting with unit turns to prepare homes for new move-ins
Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with daily tasks and projects
General property upkeep to maintain a clean and safe environment
Experience preferred but not required —
we will trainIdeal for someone eager to learn maintenance and property operations
Hard-working and reliable
Proactive with a strong work ethic
Good listener who follows direction well
Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed
