We are expanding to an additional location in Bend, and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead our growing team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support the growth of our business.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and highly organized operational leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in dynamic, client-focused environments. While previous experience in aesthetics or wellness is valued,
we are equally open to individuals from high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare sector
s who bring strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location setting and is driven to optimize systems, empower teams, and support growth through thoughtful leadership and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of successfully managing teams
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for scheduling, reporting, and communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
