Operations Manager

We’re hiring an Operations Manager to join our growing CPA firm!

Our firm is a collaborative team of approximately 20 professionals focused on providing high-quality tax, accounting, and advisory services to closely held businesses, trusts and estates, and individuals. We’re looking for someone who can help improve internal operations, support our team, and keep the firm running efficiently as we continue to grow.

• Oversee day-to-day firm operations and workflow management
• Help manage deadlines, staffing coordination, and internal processes
• Improve operational efficiency and accountability across departments
• Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and team support
• Coordinate technology, vendor, and office management needs
• Manage accounts receivables
• Work closely with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and process improvements

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in operations, office management, or professional services management
• Knowledge and comfort working with various software programs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• CPA firm or professional services experience preferred, but not required
