Job Description
In the Service Drive Manager role, you will work directly with service department staff to ensure shop productivity, department growth, and employee adherence to Kendall and manufacturer policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for proper warranty procedures, billing and collections, and for developing, supervising, and reviewing marketing efforts for the department.
The successful candidate will have a history of superior customer satisfaction score (CSI) and a proven ability to expand department sales. You should be able to motivate staff and assist with all department processes.
Qualifications- 2-3 years work experience in a large shop or dealership setting, including previous management experience
- Required schedule will include some evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
