Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling an assigned project from conceptual stages through completion to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, construction and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties.
Education and Experience Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Supervisory experience required.
- 3-5 years of successful experience in a related field/position, specific industry experience required.
- Strong interpersonal, organization, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles as required for job duties, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Manage day-to-day operations and progress of projects.
- Analyze drawings to prepare cost, material, and labor estimates.
- Coordinate technical project development, estimate potential profits, and release to production.
- Provide technical expertise with project development for projects new and existing fuel, retail, and commercial facilities.
- Participate in overall product strategy, research, and development requirements.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for new projects.
- Prepare project development objectives and schedules for all phases of the project as well as workforce and equipment requirements.
- Participate in key sales situations for the project.
- Maintain communications and contracts to collect and analyze technical, financial, schedule, and sales information.
- Analyze drawings to prepare cost, material, and labor estimates.
- Coordinate price packages with suppliers, owners, designers, and architects and revise price estimates as needed.
- Review and evaluate cost estimates with supervisor prior to submission.
- Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and existing projects.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Other duties as assigned.
