As an Audit Senior / Manager, you will oversee client engagements, support team development, and contribute to the continued strength of our specialized industry practices.

In this role, you'll collaborate with a talented group of professionals while enjoying the flexibility of our Fast Path, Flex Path, and hybrid work options. You'll also have the opportunity to explore our robust industry niches including Nonprofit, Employee Benefit Plans, Private Companies, and Construction as you shape your personalized Career Path at Jones & Roth.

Responsibilities
  • Incharge/manage and review audit engagements from planning through completion
  • Lead and supervise interns, staff, and senior accountants
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure high-quality work that aligns with professional standards and firm expectations
  • Support and mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and training
  • Collaborate with partners and managers on workflow, scheduling, and engagement strategy
  • Contribute to firm initiatives, industry team activities, and best-practice improvements

Qualifications
  • Active CPA license
  • Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience in assurance
  • Nonprofit, Private Company and/or Employee Benefit Plan audit experience
  • Proven experience managing engagements and supervising staff
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
