White Cap is hiring immediately for a Branch Manager to help build America and support the nation’s largest construction projects. The role demands accountability for profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable at the assigned branch while driving growth and ensuring outstanding customer service.

With approximately 500 branches and more than 11,000 employees, we serve roughly 200,000 professional contractors across non‑residential, infrastructure, and residential markets.

• Accountable for profit and loss and inventory/accounts receivable for assigned location(s).
• Achieve earnings before interest and tax (EBIT), return on investment capital (ROIC), and return on sales (ROS) goals.
• Safeguard company assets and associates; maintain compliance with applicable government regulations, environmental, health and safety, and regulatory responsibilities.
• Provide operational oversight, execute inventory management procedures, and ensure efficient operations through adherence to policies and processes.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet service, financial, and operational support demands.
• Utilize training programs to develop sales and operations expertise across the team.
• Initiate and build customer relationships with existing and new customers; act as liaison to functional leadership for customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitor local market trends, develop and execute strategies to grow local market share, and aggressively pursue business opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support overall branch success.

• 7+ years of related experience, preferably in wholesale distribution and sales.
• Experience with sales order computer software;
  Oracle knowledge is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Operation of a company or personal vehicle for more than 20% of the work week; acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
