• Implement and administer Loomis policies and procedures; monitor and control daily operations; assist with long-term operation of armored car routes and the cash vault.
• Develop, maintain, and supervise a professional employee-centered culture, safe and secure operations, high level of service delivery, and cost-effective and productive operations in collaboration with Management.
• Provide operational responsibility for all route operations (armored and ATM), vault and facility security operations as directed by the Operations Manager/Branch Manager.
• Complete and maintain scheduling/routing on a daily basis.
• Coordinate armored and ATM route operations, dispatch, first-line ATM maintenance, vault and terminal operations.
• Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of route, terminal and vault operations.
• Ensure safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities through training and enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of cargo and terminal through training and enforcement of policies and procedures including terminal opening and closing.
• Investigate accidents and process required paperwork.
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among all operations staff; respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints; resolve logistical issues.
• Coordinate with sales, other Division branches and departments, Division and corporate staff, other carriers, and vendors to create and implement viable operational solutions for new customers.
• Control overtime hours; monitor employee vacation schedules; maintain effectiveness and efficiency of operational functions.
• Communicate with all employees to resolve outstanding issues and/or complaints promptly.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager and/or other Management Team Members on an “as needed” basis.
• Provide leadership dedicated to professionalism, continuous improvement, and exceeding challenging goals and objectives.
• Recruit, interview, test, select, train and supervise operations personnel.
• Oversee maintenance of vehicles, forklifts and other equipment.
• Respond to emergencies, including employee injuries, facility security incidents, vehicle incidents and security investigations.
• Manage route and vault data, including manual paperwork and electronic data.
• All other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Branch Manager.

• A valid firearms permit.
• A strong, positive leadership and supervisory presence proven through professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to teach, coach, and present to small and large groups.
• Experience in transportation and warehousing, transportation logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in banking or retail cash and ATM operations preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

As part of the qualification process for the Operations Supervisor position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. This evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas:

• Lift: 25 lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 66 inches from the floor (1X).
• Lift-Carry: 18 lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 44 inches from the floor and horizontally transfer 15 ft (4X); 18 lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches and horizontally transfer 300 ft (1X); 50 lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches and horizontally transfer 2 ft (2X).
• Push-Pull:
  Horizontally transfer 47 lbs of force on a sled (single, non-dominant arm) for a distance of 1 ft (2X).
• Repetitive Coupling:
  Squeeze Jamar Hand Dynamometer requiring forces up to 30 lbs on both hands (4X).
• Climb:
  Ascend/Descend a step with heights of 16, 21 & 24 inches from the floor (10X).
