Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance. Works independently on moderate complexity projects and collaborates with production, quality, and design teams to support new product introduction and process improvements.

Key Deliverables of the PositionEducation and Experience
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Works under general supervision
