A growing and innovative client in Central Oregon is looking to add a Senior Panel Fabricator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has hit the ceiling in their current role and is ready to take on more responsibility, with the potential to move into a Shop Manager role within 2–3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble UL-certified electrical control panels
• Interpret wiring diagrams and layout schematics
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Operate a forklift (license preferred)
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely project completion
• Utilize AutoCAD for reading and making minor modifications to panel layout drawings
• Occasionally work overtime (average once per month)

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience building UL-listed control panels
• Strong understanding of panel layout, wiring, and assembly best practices
• Forklift experience or valid forklift license
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic software
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to grow into a leadership role

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with laser engravers, 3D printing, or CNC platforms
