Responsibilities :
Machine Operation:
Operate, load, and unload CNC machines. Verify programs, set offsets, and make necessary adjustments to ensure part conformance.
Quality Control:
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to inspect parts for dimensions and tolerances. Deburr and finish parts as needed.
Production & Safety:
Meet production rates while adhering to all safety protocols. Report any equipment malfunctions to management and communicate with team members to resolve production and quality issues.
Maintenance:
Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep your work area clean and organized.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years prior Machine Operating Experience, manual machining experience is a plus.
Strong math skills, knowledge of and experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).Forklift experience is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO 9000/9001 compliance.
