Manufacturing Technician
Full‑time position located in Bend, Oregon.
About the RoleThe Manufacturing Technician plays a key role in producing Nosler’s most famous product line. Responsibilities include preparing, operating, and observing related manufacturing machines, occasional setup, repair, and light maintenance of machinery, and assisting with regular inventory control processes.
Essential Qualifications,Skills And Abilities
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Strong basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Excellent eyesight, with or without correction, for close inspection work
- Familiarity with basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches and hammers) and mechanical concepts
- Ability to practice and adhere to all workplace safety rules and precautions
- Ability to move or maneuver up to 75 lbs on a regular basis and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs
- Be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented, quality‑focused and performance‑driven environment
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean drug and criminal background screening
Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
HoursMonday – Friday, 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Compensation$20.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)
