Production Associate

Pay Rate: $21.10/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are looking for motivated and dependable General Production Associates to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to safety, quality, and productivity.

No prior manufacturing experience is required, but candidates with production, warehouse, woodworking, or building materials experience are encouraged to apply.

• Feed materials into production machines and assist with machine operations.
• Operate small and large machinery used in the manufacturing of doors.
• Work on door assembly lines to ensure efficient production flow.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and handle production materials.
• Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math skills, including working with fractions.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.
• Experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinetry, or related products.
• General knowledge of building materials.
• Experience using basic hand-held measuring tools.
• Previous manual labor experience.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the shift.
• Occasional climbing and balancing.
• Ability to move raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished products within the production area.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

This position is based in a manufacturing facility where employees may be exposed to:

• Moving machinery and mechanical equipment
• Airborne particles and dust
• Vibrations
• Industrial noise levels
• Manufacturing fumes
